New User Registration
There are two locations or links to complete this process. One on the main tool bar called signup and another under the user login section called new user signup. In order to register you need to have a valid E-mail account and create a unique user name and password. During the new user registration/signup page you will be asked to verify your password and verification image security feature. You also must be sure to mark the check box to verify that you 18 years of age or older, and you have read and accept the terms of use.
How do I signup?
In order to signup you must click the appropriate link either user login or new user signup.
What do I do if I have problems signing up?
If you experience problems signing up you must double check that you are completing all the required fields. Required fields in the new user signup are marked with a red asterisk.
Many possibilities to look at when having difficulties, Make sure that your passwords match, Make sure you are typing the correct verification image and you have a unique username and e-mail. You can only register one account with each E-mail address.
Profiles
What is a profile?
A profile is a page in which you can customize to your liking. A profile is information, pictures, stories, blogs, and areas that you can chat with others and or view other people's information and links to items for sale.
How can I find people's profiles on this site?
In the top right hand corner of the page select search profiles and then type a keyword in the field and click search button
What does it mean when a person's profile is private?
This means that you must be a person's friend in order to vie the profile and see further information about this person. In order to be a friend you must ask the person and then wait to see if that person accepts your invitation.
How do I make my profile private?
There is a check box when you initially create your account and there is also a check box when you are signed in and editing your profile. The check box states: Make my profile private so that only my friends can see it
How do I Upload a Profile Picture?
Once you are logged in under my account, directly under your default profile there is a link to edit profile or edit pics. You can click either of these. This brings you to your edit profile page. The first area picture is the main default image that all the users will see and the second area is additional pictures feature. In order to upload a picture you must browse to the location of the image or picture that you want. If you choose to create a caption you can do so and then click upload picture or upload image.
How do I Upload additional pictures?
Under the edit pictures link there is a section to Upload New Photo (GIF or JPEG). Be sure to note that only (GIF or JPEG) will be accepted and the size cannot exceed 1MB.
How do I Edit my Bio?
In order to edit your bio you must be logged into the my account page and along the top options there is the option My Profile and this will take you to the page where all the bio editing is done.
How do I Edit my Contact Information?
In order to edit your contact information you must be logged into the my account page and along the top options there is the option My Profile and this will take you to the page where all the bio editing is done.
Buying
How do I find items for sale on this site?
From the main page you can click the link to browse panties. This will take you to a list of all the items for sale. If you wish to view sellers and other buyer's profiles you must create an account.
How do I order items on this site?
After you successfully created an account and you browsed the items that you are looking for you can click add to cart if you would like to select multiple items or continue shopping. If you only want to purchase one item you can click the buy it now option for the product. You need to double check the shipping information is correct.
How do I pay for items on this site?
Every seller has their own payment preference. Contact the seller for payment instructions.
What if I have a technical problem placing an order?
Please try to determine if this is an alert pay function or a mypantystore function. If you cannot determine please send an E-mail to support@mypantystore.com
What if I pay for an order and I don't receive it?
Please send a message to the seller of the product. Once something is purchased it is between the buyer and the seller. MyPantyStore.com done not have anything to do with the transaction.
What if I want to return an item I purchased?
Once again you must contact the seller of the product to arrange the best way to return a product. Many times it is not worth the restocking fee and return shipping that many sellers charge for returns.
How do I view my recent buying activity?
Under My Account there is an option to view account activity. This will show you the items purchased and bought by you.
How is shipping and handling calculated?
Shipping and handling is calculated using a per item basis set by the seller.
Selling
How do I sell items on this site?
In order to sell items you must have an account with mypantystore.com and have an alert pay account. See the items above to setup up each of these. After your accounts are created and you are under the My Account link you will se link to My Panty Store. Under My Panty Store you have the options to create a Product Title, Description and Price and the option to browse to upload the pictures.
How do I receive payments?
It is your responsibility to make payment arrangements. Please email support@mypantystore.com if you need help finding a payment processor.
How do I edit my listings?
Once you are in your Panty Store and you see the list of products you can click the checkbox to remove and click the remove product box. You can also click on the product title and this will direct you to the Edit Product Information page. From this page you can edit any of the information and or browse for new photos. Once you are finished you can click finish and continue.
How do I cancel my listing?
Once you are in your Panty Store and you see the list of products you can click the checkbox to remove and click the remove product box.
What should I do if a customer asks for a return or refund?
State your return policy. Most policies are not worth the return and refund. Many stores charge a large amount for a restocking fee and usually would not be worth the hassle.
How do I view my recent selling activity?
Under My Account there is an option to view account activity. This will show you the items purchased and bought by you. You will also be able to view specific account information when you log into the alert pay website.
What items can I sell on this website?
You can sell clean, used, and dirty panties (be careful with soiled please), bras, lingerie and clothing. Some personal items such as new and used adult toys are acceptable.
What items can't I sell on this website?
Of course you can sell your panties, but the following items are not allowed to be listed on this website:
- Child pornography
- Body parts or fluids
- Sex-for-sale / prostitution
- Unsanitary items that may pose a health risk
- Any illegal item or service
* Please be careful using words like “soiled” or “dirty” in your listings as this may give people the wrong idea.
How should I ship items that I sell on this website?
We recommend that you ship with any other carrier other than USPS. We have heard experiences where users we not allowed to ship certain items and therefore we recommend you use an alternative carrier.
How is shipping and handling calculated?

Special Requests
What is a special request?
A special request is when a buyer requests a special item from a seller that they don't already have listed for sale. This may be a particular type or color product or a product handled in a special personalized way.
How do I send a special request?
Click on the "special request" link on the sellers profile page and then write a detailed description of the special request and an offer price that you are willing to pay for the item. The seller will receive an alert with the details of your request and they may either accept of decline your request. If they accept your request, you will see a checkout button on your "My account" page.
Feedback
What is feedback?
Feedback is rating and comments on products and or services this user provided.
How do I leave feedback for a buyer or a seller?
After an item is purchased or sold you can log back onto the persons profile and next to there user name there are a number of stars and a link to peoples reviews. You can read the reviews before you purchase to get a better feeling of how others were treated and you can leave feedback to buyers and or sellers that were good customers.
Private Messages
What are private messages?
Private messages are messages that users (Buyers and Sellers) send back and forth to each other. No one else can see the private messages.
How do I send a private message?
When viewing a user's profile, directly under there default image there is a link to send a private message. This link brings you to a page where you can send a message and attach a message.
How do I check my messages?
When logged into the My Account area click the link to message center this will bring you to the My Messages: Inbox this is the area where you can manage all the functions to do with messaging.
How do I block users from sending me messages?
When logged into the My Account area click the link to message center this will bring you to the My Messages: Inbox this is the area where you can manage all the functions to do with messaging. In order to block a user you must select the checkbox next to the users name and select the blocked list.
How do I unblock users who I have previously blocked?
When logged into the My Account area click the link to message center this will bring you to the My Messages: Inbox this is the area where you can manage all the functions to do with messaging. Under the Blocked users link you will see all the users that are blocked and you can select the checkbox next to the user you wish to unblock and select the unblock button.
Friends
What are friends?
Friends are people that you have added to your list of people that you talk to and or purchase from.
How do I make someone my friend?
When viewing a persons profile you need to select the add person to the friends list link, this will add the person to your friends list.
How do I remove friends?
From the main my account page you can select the checkbox next to the friend and select the remove button.
Comments
How do I write comments on a user's profile?
Browse to the users profile and to then to the comments section and select add comment. This will bring you to the Post Comment for UserName page and you can draft your comment. Note: Your comment will not be visible until it has been approved
How do I approve comments users have left on my profile?
Once you are logged into the My Account Page there is a section Approve/Delete Comments and you can select the choice that suits you.
Blogs
What is a blog?
A blog is a website where entries are written in chronological order and displayed in reverse chronological order. Blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

From the My Account page Select Manage Blogs this brings you to a page to create blog entries.
